You’ve been building user-facing applications for years. You relish the opportunity to work up and down the technology stack to solve technical challenges. You’re just as excited to ship user experience improvements as you are designing new serverless architectures to support those features. You enjoy prototyping new ideas just to see if they’ll actually work. You frequently take the lead on important projects and have strong opinions on team process. You’ve been a passionate mentor to the engineers around you and maybe even held a management role in the past.
