Job Description:

Be a part of the Dow Jones PIB Technology Product and Program Management team. This role focuses on the technical product and program management of various PIB (Professional Information Business) products, involving the design, development, and launch of products and/or product features that make Dow Jones content and data available to internal and external consumers via our APIs, web, and mobile offerings

Within the Dow Jones PIB Technology Program Management group, you will work with fellow TPMs for the product technology strategy for your product responsibilities. You will lead efforts identifying, scoping and executing on technology projects. You will work with partner teams, identify larger opportunities for new product development, and manage strategy and champion roadmaps for PIB products.

As a subject matter expert and champion of recent technology trends, you'll identify and promote the potential applications of existing and emerging technologies to apply to our B2B products, including automation of data pipelines; contemporary use of cloud native technology and design for large-scale data applications; applying AI, machine learning and NLP to tackle new product opportunities and enrich data-centric products; blend existing product and platform capabilities into new product offerings; plan requirements with internal customers; and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules and budgets, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
