The Customer Data team is seeking a Project Associate to build, execute and support campaign dashboards across multiple lines of businesses. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, in the Customer Data SET group, you will work closely with the internal marketing teams to create insightful dashboards from which our stakeholders can make critical business and marketing decisions.
Use Tableau to aggregate and analyze data collected from various sources across multiple marketing distribution channels
Tell stories with data, educate stakeholders effectively, and instill confidence in recommendations, motivating others to act on them
Manage multiple projects and dashboards simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines
Achieve data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues to resolution
Execute projects and dashboards with minimal guidance and supervision
Tableau Desktop Certification Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Highly proficient in SQL
Strong eye for data visualization and design
Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
BA or BS degree
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams across many stakeholders and departments
