Job Description:

Department/Product Overview:

The CRM system team manages internal systems which support customer information. The CRM system team manages diverse systems which include SaaS systems such as Salesforce, IBM Cast Iron and Cvent and some custom products such as Admin Portal and Sales Order System. Admin Portal is a customer- facing application which allows customers to manage their user base for PIB products. Sales Order System enables our sales people to manage sales orders for legacy DJX products.

Position Statement:

At present the Advertising Sales contracts are being stored in Adobe EchoSign via a Salesforce interface. CRM team is planning to utilize Dropbox for storing these contracts. This will be achieved in multiple phases. As a first phase, a migration module will be developed to pull contract PDFs out from Adobe EchoSign based on Contract objects’ metadata stored in Salesforce. All these PDFs will be then uploaded into Dropbox utilizing Dropbox APIs, based on predefined naming conventions for folders and files in Dropbox. Second phase will automate the process of uploading contracts into Dropbox in the live environment utilizing the routines developed during the migration phase. Given time, there will be a 3rd phase to migrate contracts from the Private Markets salesforce to Dropbox.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Get familiar with Salesforce and Adobe EchoSign systems.

  • Participate in technical design discussions.

  • Document technical design and process flows.

  • Develop modules in Python utilizing Salesforce and Dropbox APIs.

  • Document and develop test cases and test routines.

  • Validate migrated data.


  • Knowledge of Python programming language.

  • Knowledge of relational database management system; such as MySQL.

  • Familiarity with SOAP and/or REST protocols.

  • Knowledge of Linux operating system.

  • Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT.
